What is Inclusion?

Inclusion is a term that every individual has an equal opportunity to access training, education, resources, and opportunities.

Policy

NASAQU policy is structured under DEI therefore we require our business, business partners,  and associated supply chains to be compliant with the policy by having procedures in place and making sure that workforces are well informed  about policies and procedures,

  1. Gender equality and women’s empowerment

We put gender empowerment at the heart of our agenda since day 1. We feel that it is basically the right thing to do.

We are committed to working towards reducing religion or culture from being used as an excuse for the discrimination of women.

You are -as our business partners, and associated supply chains - required to commit to the following the NASQQU policy,

  • Have set policies, and procedures in place for a proactive approach to hiring and promoting women in workplaces,
  • Have protective policies against sexism and harassment in the workforce, that should allow reporting of any instance easily and comfortably to HR. Employees who committed harassment or discrimination against female co-workers should face serious consequences.
  • Promote gender awareness in the workforce by delivering training online or offline.
  • Create opportunities for more balanced gender equality while doing business with your supply chains and third-party providers.

  1. Underrepresented Community

Underrepresented groups are those who have been marginalized in society and include ethnic minority groups, people of color, indigenous people, multiracial, LGBTQ+ people, and women. Oppressed individuals face many challenges in the workplace.

NASAQU proposes its business partners and associated supply chains to:

  • engage in a fair and equitable way with their workforce, regardless of their gender, sex, background,  color, religion, upbringing, ethnicity, education, sexual orientation, gender identity, and so on. that should be in a positive, respectful, and constructive way.

This policy also aims to contribute to the following  UN’s Sustainable Development Goal, every effort counts!
